Detailed features:

• Send recordings by email (up to 3MB in free version).

• Use bookmarks to navigate easily in a recording (only in the paid version).

• Voice and timer activated recording (only in the paid version).

• Send or delete multiple recordings at a time (only in the paid version).

• High quality recordings up to 44100 Hz. Three levels of quality are available: 11025 Hz, 22050 Hz and 44100 Hz.

• Professionally engineered audio normalizing filter, which enables you to have a constant average volume on all your recordings. This feature does not modify your recordings, so you can turn it on even if you intend to post process your audio files on a computer.

• Wide range volume control using a volume boost. While listening to a recording, volume can be increased using your device's volume keys. If you find this insufficiently loud, you can adjust the volume boost in the application's settings.

• Normalizing and boosting filters use dynamic compression with a non linear function to prevent clipping and minimize distortions. Note however that eventual clipping and distortion created by the microphone are not suppressed. If you care about quality, use the headset's microphone instead of the built in one.

• Make stereo recordings (only in the paid version).

• Records even when your device is in sleep mode; and pauses automatically in the event of an incoming phone call.

• Advanced listing of your recordings, which displays name, date, length and size information. A detailed view is also available for each recording. This view gives extra information such as quality and download status of a recording.

• Must have controls as pause record, pause play, slider, quality control.

• Uses widespread wav format to store recordings, so you can transfer and read them on any device.

• Works with the iPod Touch if you have an Apple headset with a microphone.

• Upload recordings to any FTP server you choose (only in the paid version).

• Access your recordings as a remote drive using the Finder, Windows Explorer or any WebDAV client (only in the paid version).

DocScan HD lets you instantly scan multi-pages document and send out when there is no scanner nearby. By having it, you can scan not only documents in sight, but also whiteboards, receipts, business cards, posters, coupons, books ...etc.

It can fast auto-detect document edges from a picture, correct perspective distortion, remove shadows and brighten it up to produce a clear and sharp document, especially useful in a Low-Light environment.
You can draw lines or annotate on the scanned image before saving it as a PDF document.

In addition, DocScan HD has a built-in PDF viewer for previewing scanned documents and browsing pages in detail. You can easily swipe over a page to delete it or press Edit button to reorder pages in list. Each PDF file can be accessed directly from iTunes or you can email out as a PDF, JPEGs or a zip file.

Easy Books is professional business bookkeeping, invoicing and time-tracking for iPad, iPhone and Mac.

It includes a demo business and 120 transactions so you can see if you like it. You can update to limitless transactions for all your businesses. Note the one off charge for this. This model means you can add features you need using in-app purchases without paying for the features you won't use.

Easy Books is Ideal for small businesses and 'one man bands', this app allows you to keep track of all your accounts, including bank accounts, sales and purchase invoices, expenses, earnings and assets (including depreciation). For bank and credit card accounts, you can reconcile your statements in the app.

Entering information is easy and the app features an in-built calculator, pre-filled forms and common linked accounts based on previous entries to help save you time. You can also save time when entering similar transactions by duplicating an existing transaction and setting the date.

You can also set recurring transactions to match your standing orders (such as pay day). Easy Books automatically creates these transactions as they become due according to your schedule (weekly, every two weeks, monthly and so on).

Lock the Easy Books app using a four-digit pass-code. This is useful if you want to lend your phone to someone, but you don't want them to use Easy Books.

Financial Reporting

A full double-entry accounting package that not only maintains the accounts, but also performs financial reports such as:

* Profit and Loss
* Balance Sheet
* Trial Balance
* Audit
* VAT return (cash, standard and flat rate)
* Customers' and Suppliers' Aged Debt
* Monthly breakdown and budget analysis
* Cash Flow Statement

All reports can be exported from the app by email. The output format is HTML which can be imported into other applications such as Excel.

Value Added Tax

Add any number of sales and purchase VAT accounts, each with a specific rate. Easy Books automatically calculates the amounts for you.

Customer Invoicing

Invoices and delivery notes can be generated in PDF format and emailed either to yourself for printing, or direct to your customer. You can set the company logo, addresses, reference, payment terms and so on to customise the invoice for your business. Sending the invoice by email is available by making an in-app purchase for "Customer Invoicing". Once purchased, there is no restriction on the number of invoices you can send. You can also prepare your customer statements and email them too.

Transactions can split over many lines if you require, so for example, if you raise a sales invoice for a customer, you can add a separate line for each item on the invoice.

Time Tracking

Track time spent working for different customers. Set your billing rates and the app will generate a sales entry for your customer as well as keep a record of all your hours worked and what you were doing. This optional extra comes with 10 entries to try it out. If you don't need it, its easy to turn off completely to keep the user interface clean and simple.

Backup and Restore

Backing up is easy, simply tap the backup option and send the data file to yourself in an email. This file is just as easy to restore in iOS4: just tap and hold the attachment to open in Easy Books. You could also try our online syncing service that provides continuous online backup and synchronises between devices.
